so decided to drop yr @ my mum's place and dedicate the morning and afternoon to bringing yz out with the husband today. :)
woke up bright and early (not difficult at all when you have a toddler and infant at home!) to pack things and bath the 2 boys. then we were off to ubi to deposit the baby. hehe.
decided to bring yz to east coast as:
- we can have mac brekkie there (yz's fav!)
- i thought seeing the sea/sand/ships for real will be fun for him too!
yz with his smelly pillow. yes, he has regressed to a baby again.
he demanded to bring his "chou chou" everywhere we go now, just like his didi! @_@
been eons since i sat at the passenger seat in front! need to be seated at the back whenever yr is ard. *oops*
waiting for pappy to come back with the food @ mac
we reached east coast at almost 10am. can imagine how packed mac was at the time!
luckily we saw mummy emily and jayden there!
and they gave up their seats to us as they were leaving soon liao. :)
thanks girl! catch up with you soon!
after a very heavy brekkie/brunch, we made our way to the beach.
and we found out the baby is actually a ninny!
he was afraid of the sand. he was afraid of the sea.
haiyo!
after much persuasion, he finally took off his sandals and walked around bare-footed.
but walked around damn slow and very gingerly. very funny sight lah.
and with harder persuading from me, he finally agreed to step into the sea water with me. :S
still, he had his share of fun after warming up to the place.
no sand-castles were attempted as daddy and mummy feel that the sand is not exactly clean @ east coast. eeks.
took a slow stroll after some (hot!) time at the beach.
realised that polliwogs is just round the corner. this got mammy very excited.
made the impromptu decision to pop in and purchased socks for us on the spot.
it was a good choice made as yz enjoyed his time there alot!
though the same cant be said for me.
my poor back, joints (at the knees and ankles) were aching after just 30mins of climbing and tumbling after him!
had to swop with hubbi to keep up with yz. tsk tsk.
he dared not cross this after his foot fell through the loop during the 1st attempt..
baby + mammy. yz looked tired here as we were near the end of the session and he was clearly tired out by all the action and also it was his nap time too!
look @ our eyes!! he is my son! my son! haha.
after polliwogs, hubbi and i decided to escape from east coast.
too darn hot!
off to parway parade (PP)!
i was hoping that the son will nap a good 1-2 hrs there and we can have some decent window-shopping done. hehe.
and he really did so! guess he must be really tired out by morning's activities that he fell asleep in his pram within 20mins of being in it.

still, managed to take some photos of him with the tigger display outside PP.
hubbi decided to play nice and followed me around for my window-shopping.
so i dropped by gg5 and managed to get a top + belt.
sale going on there, how to resist?!

Then, its back to my mum's place where we stayed till dinner time before the ng family finally went home.

once back, very bo eng. hubbi went to feed and settle yr to sleep.
i got the easier chore of accompanying yz to watch "happy feet" on tv before settling him to sleep.
now 2 kids are zzzing. finally sometime for hubbi and me to catch up while waiting for yr's midnight feed.
*yawn*
