ok, no more weight updates after this.
currently, my weight stands at 54kg, 1 kg heavier than my pre-preggy weight of 53kg.
be it fats or muscle mass, im quite happy to live with this extra kilo.
so long i can fit back into my old clothes. :)
of course, with old age and slower metabolism rate, weight monitoring is an on-going affair.
through proper diet (+ snacks now and then) & regular exercise, i hope i can maintain my bodyshape + weight for as long as i can.
i think i can.
if my mum is a good gauge of future me and not my dad. :P
