ok, i may be exaggerating here but its a fact that i've put on 2.5kg since i joined my current company 1 year + back.
not sure if its the lack of exercise or the excessive indulgence of supper (for the record, i've been having the jumbo kit kat at night for the past 2 weeks. @_@).
its hard to cut down on the sweet/savory stuff so i guess the natural choice is to step up the burning of carbs.
somemore, there is always the natural and genuine advantage of improving my general well-being from exercising.
SO, i've signed up with fitness first at the office tower next to my workplace.
such a smart ass, i am. :)
yesterday was the first day of gym day.
opted for combat class initially but alas it was postponed so settled for a short intensive spinning session.
just 30mins but i was pretty wasted and gone half way through.:(
i may have thick thighs but they are definitely not as strong as they look...
oh well. easy first session - i know i know, some will be horrified at my 30mins (only) gym session.
combat this fri! i hope i can last through it... been >1 year since i last went to one. :(
and now, i have this craving for chocolate yan yan.............................................
