yesterday's match has shown me once again how tight italy's defence is.
buffon is really at his peak now. he deserves to be the man of the match!
but also, i finally see italy's attack for what it really is.
i mean, they are good, just not ace.
individually, i've no doubt all of them are good. but i just dont see the goals getting in.
they have the most inconsistent performances from the start of the cup till now. they just need a stroke of luck to get the ball going (no pun intended).
i can only hope for the match against ukraine, totti will be in the starting line-up. and he will just be the best playmaker for toni to strike gold!
*fingers crossed*
maybe all we need are players like baggio.
hmm, the ghost of the past is starting to haunt me again. oh, how i hate penalty shoot-outs by my favourite team! so damn nerve-wrecking.
i miss baggio! i can never see him play again! *sobz*
