old age = slower metabolism rate
hence, to slim down, heck! just to stay the same weight/shape, i've to eat much lesser.
or kiss goodbye to sinful food.
so hard for both as i tend to eat alot of sinful food. *gulp*
imagine a world without char kway teow, HL milk, half-boiled eggs, jack n jill potato chips (!), magnum ice cream and OMG mac fries!
i cant do it!
so i decided i will EXERCISE.
even simple stretching is better than nothing.
just so i can continue to enjoy my "good" food.
first thing first, i need to get myself a decent pair of sports shoes (for my previous pair has disintegrated liao.).
next, will be to decide what sort of exercise regime to keep up with.
wish me luck, commitment, perserverance and most of all strength. *roar*
