saturday was especially a long day for us.
lunch was at serangoon nex to have family lunch with ah long's family. after which, we made our way back to our voting station at redhill area to cast our votes.
didnt manage to have a good nap cos the boys did their really short naps in the car while we drove here and there. :(

to escape the terrible weather, we ventured out to raffles city for our dinner.
we took mrt and yr was absolutely giddy with happiness boarding the train!

thanks to the long day, the kids were asleep by 9+pm.
ah long and me munched chips while wating for GE results together... really forced myself to stay awake while waiting for the results.
and mr yam's voice just doesnt help! i was struggling to keep my eyes open as the RO kept droning on in that voice of his. @_@
imagine despite zzzing at almost 3am, we had to wake up at 7+am to ferry the elder son to his phonics class.....
for the rest of sunday, we hibernated at home.
most of the time at a low-energy mode, hiding in air-conditioned room...
