weight updates #4

it's been almost 1 mth since my last update.
current weight stands at 55kg. 2 more kgs from "ideal" weight.
but as i was telling some friends, im sure even when i go back to my pre-preggy weight, the body shape aint the same anymore.
for one, the jelly belly will be there.
the saggy triceps will say hi to most people, including strangers.
so what to do?

im seriously thinking of getting myself into an exercise routine.
but my schedule is so tight as im expected to fetch yz from the childcare every weekday.
and weekends will be tied down by the 2 kids!
so my only available slots are just during lunch time and one of the weekday which the husband is kind enough to volunteer to fetch yz home by himself and take care of him for the evening himself. (yr will be away at my mum's place).
its really nice of him as the car will be with me and he has to take public transport to the cc and half-walked, half-carried yz home (a good 15mins walk from our hse).

hence, the only viable option seems to be enrolling to a fitness centre.
cali being the obvious choice as its just a stone throw from my office.
went for a trial yesterday with ad D and you can say im suitably impressed with the equipments and classes there.
but the mthly fee per mth is not something im prepared to give. for im never a fitness buff ever.
pay monthly fee for facials? no prob.
pay monthly bills for shopping? no prob.
pay monthly subscriptions for exercising? errrrrr........

and there is the question of my committment.
its highly possible that i may just turn lazy and stop going.
and the physical fatigue i put myself through!
5 sleepless nights with yr a week is no joke.
cant imagine my body tired out by the exercising. *shivers*
i may become a wreck.

so decisions decisions.
will try the gym again next week and see how.

Try swimming maybe?

It's less harsh on our joints and really helps to tighten stuff up.
