mid-autumn 2012

yesterday was mid-autumn and what a busy day it was for me!
after catching up with some housework chores in the morning, we left for lunch at in-laws house.
the boys had an extremely short moment of carrying their lanterns over there before they literally threw the paper lanterns on the floor and proceeded to sword-playing with their cousin. *tsk*

we left for hort park in the afternoon - to attend the full month party of a friend's daughter.
hort park was pretty quiet, a far cry from the early days when it was first opened to public.
well, i guess garden by the bay is pulling in the crowds nowadays.
still, i like a quiet park to ourselves compared to the last time we were there 2 years+ back, fighting to find a spot to feed yz his food. ha.

we took a leisure walk around the park before heading home.
while the park is still nice, i thought the maintenance could have been better...

By the time we reached home, YR has K.O.ed.
cant blame him - no nap from morning till almost 5pm!
in fact, i fell asleep with him on the sofa. only energetic YZ continue buzzing around the house doing his things..
oh, and of cos the husband went for a jog. @_@

and then, its time for me to head out to merchant court for my beloved yan's wedding dinner! :))))
ok, some photos with the boys first:

taken with bb's S3 - quality not too bad!

i actually bought this dress last dec meant for xmas i think but in the end no one dated me out so it was in my wardrobe till now!

it was a wise choice not to bring along any of the boys - hehehe.
i can catch up to my heart's content with my hall friends. :)

anyway, im so so so so happy for yan who is finally married to her best friend and love of her life.
so glad that she is surrounded by all her loved ones on this important day of her life.
by the time she was half-way through her thank you speech (actually, its half-way through her husband's speech who spoke first) that some of us started tearing already.
tears of happiness, that is.
its always good to see my good friends entering into a new happy phase of their lives. :)
